世界華人華僑人機(jī)交互協(xié)會(huì)（英文名International Chinese Association of Computer Human Interaction，簡(jiǎn)稱“ICACHI”） 于2012年5月10日在美國(guó)Austin（ACM CHI2012國(guó)際會(huì)議期間）成立。理事會(huì)由27名來(lái)自于本研究領(lǐng)域（Human Computer Interaction：人機(jī)交互）且活躍在世界各地的海外華人華僑代表組成（包括兩名監(jiān)事）。 本會(huì)目標(biāo)和定位（或協(xié)會(huì)宗旨，見(jiàn)圖）：促進(jìn)會(huì)員發(fā)展，提升會(huì)員在所在國(guó)及世界的地位，通過(guò)研究人機(jī)交互為人類做出自己應(yīng)有的貢獻(xiàn)。協(xié)會(huì)對(duì)內(nèi)、對(duì)外是一個(gè)開發(fā)放和透明的純學(xué)術(shù)團(tuán)體。本協(xié)會(huì)是第一個(gè)由華人華僑創(chuàng)立的橫跨世界、超越地域和地區(qū)的純專業(yè)性（人機(jī)交互）科技團(tuán)體組織。

將于2017年6月8-9日在中國(guó)廣州舉辦的Chinese CHI大會(huì)（http://chchi2017.icachi.org）很高興的宣布將組織第一次的人機(jī)交互視頻大賽。該視頻大賽旨在為學(xué)生、研究者和從業(yè)者提供一個(gè)分享人機(jī)交互相關(guān)創(chuàng)意創(chuàng)新的平臺(tái)。被接收的視頻作品將會(huì)在大會(huì)期間上映和展播，并將在各種社交和視頻分享平臺(tái)上進(jìn)行宣傳。我們還會(huì)在大會(huì)上為評(píng)委和觀眾選出的獲獎(jiǎng)作品舉辦一個(gè)頒獎(jiǎng)典禮。

Chinese CHI 2017 (http://chchi2017.icachi.org) is pleased to announce the first HCI Video Competition as an integrated part of its technical program (June 8-9, 2017 in Guangzhou, China). The Video Competition will serve as a platform forstudents, researchers, and practitioners to share exciting and innovated ideasof Human-Computer Interaction. The accepted submissions will be presented throughout the Chinese CHI 2017 conference and made accessible on YouTube andother selected social media. An award ceremony for juried best videos andaudience’s choice videos will be held during the conference.

今年視頻大賽的主題是人機(jī)交互生態(tài)。我們歡迎（但不局限于）以下幾個(gè)領(lǐng)域相關(guān)的作品：

物聯(lián)網(wǎng)、智慧城市、智能家居等

機(jī)器人、人工智能和人類智能的交互等

社交和人群計(jì)算，例如社交媒體、社交網(wǎng)絡(luò)、眾包和眾籌等

虛擬現(xiàn)實(shí)、增強(qiáng)現(xiàn)實(shí)、游戲等

This year’s theme is Ecological HCI. We welcomevideo submissions related but not limited to the following topics under this theme:

Internet of Things, smart city, smart home, etc

Human-Robot Interaction, machine intelligence and human intelligence     argumentation

Social and Crowd Computing, e.g., social media, social network,     crowdsourcing, crowdfunding, etc

VR, AR, and game

Submission Guideline

All the submissions of video competition should go through Easychair: https://www.easychair.org/conferences/?conf=chinesechi2017

Besides basic information (title, authors, affiliation, contact), the submission should include

A url (web link) to download the video

A short introduction of the submission (up to 300 words)

作品提交要求

提交的視頻作品必須與人機(jī)交互相關(guān)

短視頻不超過(guò)1分鐘，長(zhǎng)視頻為2-5分鐘

視頻作品必須有英文配音或提供英文字幕，以保證觀眾的覆蓋面

視頻文件必須采用市面上通用的格式，比如mp4

視頻作品中不能包含任何違規(guī)內(nèi)容，也不能用于產(chǎn)品的市場(chǎng)宣傳

作者必須保證擁有所有素材（圖片、視頻、音樂(lè)、音效等）的版權(quán)或使用授權(quán)

Chinese CHI大會(huì)持有對(duì)視頻作品進(jìn)行重新編碼和發(fā)布的權(quán)利

Submission Requirement

The video submission must be relevant to HCI and the given theme

Short video submission is up to 1 min and long video submission is 2-5 min

The video submission must be narrated and/or subtitled in English to     ensure comprehensibility of a wide audience

The video submission needs to be in widely accepted encoding format, such as mp4

The video submission must not contain offensive information and must not be used to promote commercial products

The authors must hold the copyright or obtain explicit written permission from copyright owners of all the materials used in the videos, such as images, video clips, sounds, and music

The Chinese CHI conference reserves the right to recode and distribute videos online
